2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Services

NovaTova provides online Hebrew language learning services, including:

  • One-on-one tutoring sessions
  • Learning materials and resources
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • Communication tools

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms:

  • Credits must be purchased before booking sessions
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Unused credits expire after 12 months

5. Session Policies

Session guidelines:

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
  • No-shows will result in credit deduction
  • Teachers reserve the right to cancel if necessary
  • Sessions are conducted via our platform

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on NovaTova are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

NovaTova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. NovaTova is operated by VERBATIMX LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX).
